quality

The supplier guarantees that the delivered goods are free of any quality and quantity defects, and the demander shall check and confirm whether there is a quality or quantity problem immediately after receiving the goods, and if it is found that the name, model, quantity, quality of the goods are inconsistent with the contract or the delivery note, they shall be properly kept and submit a written objection to the supplier within 10 days after receipt. If the demander does not submit a written objection to the supplier within the agreed time limit, it shall be deemed that the goods comply with the contract.

Shipping risks

The risk of damage to the goods in transit shall be borne by the supplier. If the delivery date is delayed due to force majeure factors, the supplier does not bear the risk of delay in the delivery, but the supply and demand sides can negotiate and communicate the delivery date solution amicably.
